Patient records are digitized and stored in a highly secured and encrypted in-house electronic system (or Patient Record Software). The records can be accessed only by Dent-O-Face Doctors in their respective clinics. This Patient Record Software along with Billing & Invoicing facilitates ‘Peer Review Process’; wherein a Dent-O-Face Doctor may be asked to reviews the treatment case of another Dent-O-Face Doctor under Strict confidentiality.
